Vietnamese fought hard to retain their land, “The people are kind but we are also prepared to fight enemy invaders”. As a Western influence affects modern day Hanoi we see four storey buildings upgraded to seventy. Vietnam’s violent past and today’s rapid development, seem to have had little impact on the beauty and warmth of its people. “The Vietnamese love for life is amazing.
