Iceland’s divided stance on commercial whaling

Dateline revisits ‘Minke on the Menu’, a documentary that SBS aired on 25/06/2008. While over half of all Icelanders firmly support whale hunting – others believe commercial whaling should be entirely abolished. Furthermore whale watching is proving to be a huge boost to the nation’s tourism industry.
