Venezuela’s Gangland Youth: As Venezuela’s economic crisis deepens, societies most vulnerable have turned to crime to survive. And as crime rates have soared, the age of offenders has plummeted, as vulnerable children as young as 12 commit unspeakable violence. In spite of this, some turn to football to channel their energies and salvage their lives.
