Japan’s Tattoo Outlaws: Taiki Masuda knew by the age of 20 that he had found his calling in life, but his workshop was suddenly shut down by the Japanese government for not being a qualified doctor. Now, Taiki and a team of pro bono lawyers are taking their case to the national stage in a bid to save the tattoo industry from death by regulation.
